1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
CeliacFinder, operated by Celiac Finder, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on Business subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at billing@celiacfinder.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
As Merchant of Record, Paddle ultimately processes and approves refund decisions in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Business subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access and your venue listings remain active until then, and you will not be billed again.
4. Renewals After the 14-Day Window
After the initial 14-day window, subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may still be granted at Paddle's discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or where the service becomes permanently unavailable. Contact us or Paddle to discuss your situation.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us or Paddle before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and venue listings.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your charge will govern that transaction.
